2) Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply to: (a) your use of the Website and all content on it; and (b) enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, production, shipping and support relating to custom artworks, prints and digital deliverables. Additional written terms on a quote or invoice override any conflict.
3) Using the Website
- You may use the Website only for lawful purposes.
- You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or republish content without written permission.
- We are not responsible for third party links.
4) Accounts, forms and accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials.
5) Enquiries, quotes and commissioning workflow
- Quotes valid typically 30 days.
- You confirm rights to any reference images.
- Reasonable edits included. Major revisions may incur cost.
- Lead times are estimates.
- Deposits become non refundable once materials are purchased or work begins.
6) Pricing and payment
- Prices exclude taxes unless stated.
- Payments processed securely by third parties.
- Ownership transfers after full payment.
7) Shipping, delivery and risk
- Worldwide shipping with professional packing.
- Risk transfers upon carrier pickup.
- Report any damage within 48 hours.
- International customs fees borne by the client.
8) Returns, cancellations and refunds
- Custom commissions are non refundable once production begins.
- Print defects handled as permitted by law.
- Digital deliverables are non returnable.
9) Artwork characteristics
Handmade pieces vary naturally in tone and texture. Screens may differ from real colors.
10) Intellectual property
- Copyright remains with the artist unless stated otherwise.
- Display licence is private only. Reproduction requires permission.
- We may photograph and showcase works.
11) Website content IP
All content is owned or licensed and cannot be reused without permission.
12) Third party analytics and embeds
Analytics and embedded services load under their own terms.
13) User materials and confidentiality
- You warrant rights to your materials.
- We use them only for your project.
- Information is confidential except where legally required.
